    • Buffalo Trace
    • Maker's Mark
  • Lemon juicefresh¾ oz
  • Simple syrup¾ oz
  • Egg white½ oz
  • Angostura bittersOptional2 dash

    • Angostura

Instructions

  1. Dry shake bourbon, lemon, syrup and egg white without ice.
  2. Add ice, shake again and strain over fresh ice.
  3. Dot the foam with bitters.
